Yes. If you want to visit any natural spots that are not on our list, drop us a line at least one month before your departure. We will coordinate a personalized itinerary plan and get back to you soon!

Sorry, we don’t have hotel pick-up service, however, the transportation within the tour will be well-arranged and no additional cost is required.

Tours cannot be cancelled or rescheduled under normal circumstances. However, if tours are cancelled due to inclement weather, we will be glad to arrange a refund of the tour fee or reschedule your tour.

Minimum 2-4 participants are required for each private tour, maximum number of participants is up to 10. If you have 10+ people, please contact us for a better price!

In order to keep you safe, tours will be cancelled when Red or Black Rainstorm Signals or Tropical Cyclone (Typhoon) Signals No. 8, 9 or 10 is hoisted. In this case, updated news will be announced on our website and our guides will contact you by email/ phone for the tour cancellation 2 hours prior to the departure time of the tour. You may check the weather forecast and latest weather information from the TV or the Hong Kong Observatory.

Yes. All of our tours are led by tour guides that have attained the Tourist Guide Pass from the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong, qualified with eco-/cultural courses, and equipped with over 2-year eco-tour experience.

The meeting point varies with different tours. Please refer to your tour itinerary.

The fee covers everything listed in the tour itinerary and no hidden fees. We don’t force you to go shopping, you can feel at ease to appreciate the nature and understand the culture of Hong Kong in our tour.

Due to the arrangement of insurance and safety issues, we cannot accept immediate enrollment and payment. All tours need two days advance booking and payment for confirmation.
